Daniel Horn studied „Advanced Materials” at Justus-Liebig-University Giessen,
Germany, where he 2014 attained his Master of Science degree with a process
evaluation on crack formation in metal alloys. After graduating, he works as a
research associate at the Fraunhofer Project Group Materials Recycling and
Resource Strategies. Since 2017, he leads and works on projects in the department
of Energy Materials and Lightweight Technology, especially in the field of battery
recycling.
