In his time at WAE (formerly Williams Advanced Engineering), Tim has led battery concept design for several flagship battery programmes, ranging from 400 tonne Haul Trucks to top-tier high performance motorsport, including Formula E Gen 3, LMDh KERS and Extreme-E.
In his current role he manages the technical team at Elysia, WAE’s new advanced Battery Software division – Tim leads cross-functional development teams with expertise in data science, battery systems and electrochemistry, developing software products to maximise the performance, reliability and safety of battery systems.
