Przemysław Ludkowski has years of experience in launching new projects in the mass production industry. He started working at BMZ PL 5 years ago as a production engineer. His goal orientation, experience in the field of welding processes and the development of new technologies led to the creation of the Department for New Technologies and Automation, of which he is currently the leader. Daily challenges of his team allowed for significant development of laser welding technology and quality control of joining processes in the BMZ group.
