With an already established engineering background, Philipp started working for AMADA WELD TECH as an applications engineer in 2013. The knowledge gained in micro-joining solutions was a solid basis for joining the sales team as an Area Sales Manager for South-East Germany.
Having the process, product, and market expertise of the micro-joining world, he was appointed the Business Development Manager for Europe in December 2022.
